Chuck Lukaszewski is Vice President and Chief Wireless Technologist at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. His responsibilities include driving roadmap and vision around future wireless products and services and leading the team that represents HPE in various wireless standards bodies and spectrum regulatory fora. Chuck has been engineering and deploying large-scale managed Wi-Fi networks for over 16 years. He has built Wi-Fi systems in countries around the world for customers in healthcare, retail, air transport, intermodal cargo, manufacturing, and both K-12 and higher education. He has served as chief engineer on multiple high-density arena and stadium networks, including two Super Bowls. 

Chuck joined Aruba in 2007, where he led the company’s global Customer Engineering team for six years before joining the CTO organization in 2013. Prior to joining Aruba, Chuck served in a variety of technical leadership roles at inCode Wireless, BellSouth Dataserv, and several internet start-ups. He holds several hardware and software patents related to wireless networks and is the author of six books and design guides, including Very High Density 802.11ac Networks and Outdoor MIMO Wireless Networks.
